About

October 22-23 in Washington, DC

This fall in Washington, DC, Electing Women Alliance members from across the country will come together in community and recommit ourselves to upholding democracy and electing women.

This event will be hopeful and inspiring—values we can’t forget to nurture, even in dark times. Our mission has never been more relevant or more important, because no matter what else we do, we simply must change the people in power.

What to Expect

  • Opening Wednesday evening reception featuring many of the US Senators, governors and down-ballot candidates we’ve supported.
  • Thursday sessions on the current political landscape, fundraising trends that inform our work, and the latest on messaging and strategy.
  • Opportunities to connect in a vibrant, relaxed setting with other members of your local group as well as members of groups from around the country.

New This Year

  • Given the timing of our Convening and our long relationship with gubernatorial nominee Abigail Spanberger, we are pleased to be organizing canvassing opportunities on Friday and Saturday morning in nearby Northern Virginia. Note that early voting begins on Sept. 19.
  • This is an optional Convening add-on, but we encourage you to extend your time in DC to help turn out the vote for women up and down the ballot in Virginia.

Will we see you in DC?
